Templus strengthens its territorial expansion with the acquisition of bitNAP’s Data Center in Barcelona

Barcelona, February 4, 2025 – Templus, the largest regional data center platform in Southern Europe, backed by ICG Infra, the infrastructure fund of ICG, a global alternative asset manager, and Teras Capital (“Teras”), an investment platform specializing in telecommunications and sports infrastructure, has acquired bitNAP’s Data Center in Barcelona from Cellnex. This acquisition consolidates Templus’ commitment to territorial expansion and enhances its technological infrastructure capabilities.
