We are involved in advising and co-investing in various verticals of digital infrastructure, the pillar on which the growing demand for data and digital services from individuals and businesses is based.

Value generation levers

01

We originate proprietary investment opportunities

Digital infrastructure benefits from structural growth in data consumption and resilient long-term demand. In a rapidly evolving telecommunications market, deep sector expertise and the ability to anticipate market trends are critical to identifying differentiated opportunities. TERAS combines proprietary origination, commercial judgement and execution capabilities to source, structure and complete transactions across the telecommunications and digital infrastructure sectors.

TERAS partners with institutional infrastructure investors to build and scale investment platforms.

This approach is reflected in TERAS’s partnerships with institutional investors including Linzor Capital, Asterion Industrial Partners and Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), through which TERAS has established and developed the Mundo, Olin and Templus platforms.

An integrated, end-to-end operating model

From defining the investment thesis and structuring the platform through acquisition, integration, growth, governance and exit, TERAS remains actively involved throughout the value creation cycle.

  1. Originate and structure

We define the investment thesis, structure the partnership with the institutional investor and implement the platform’s governance and operating model.

  2. Execute the M&A strategy

We define the acquisition strategy and build a proprietary pipeline, leading origination, negotiation, due diligence and transaction execution.

  3. Integrate and optimise

We integrate acquisitions, optimise operations and capture identified synergies across the platform.

  4. Drive organic growth

We work alongside management teams to develop and execute business plans, monitor operational KPIs and identify strategic growth opportunities.

  5. Govern and align

We participate actively in governance and operating committees, provide transparent reporting to our institutional partners and align incentives with long-term value creation.

  6. Realise value

We position the platform for an institutional exit or other liquidity event, seeking to realise the value created throughout the investment period.
