Teras and ICG acquire Avatel’s data center business

The Spanish telecommunications infrastructure manager, with operations in several European countries, has closed a deal with Teras for the acquisition of  local operators in Spain.

With this acquisition, Templus achieves significant synergies in key Spanish markets and begins its international expansion, managing a portfolio of more than 60 MW and 750 customers across high-growth colocation markets.
