Extensive experience in telecommunications companies across Latin America (Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Peru, and Colombia) as well as Eastern Europe (Slovakia and Poland). Has led key transformational processes such as M&A, new business line launches, and digital transformation across the entire value chain. 1995–2010
With an initial background in finance, Ramiro expanded into marketing, sales, and customer service within telecommunications operations, both B2C and B2B, in Argentina (5 years with Telecom Personal), Chile (10 years with Telefónica and Endesa España), and Brazil (nearly 2 years with Telesp, Telefónica). Achievements in these markets include sustainable growth in market share, ARPU, NPS, and churn reduction.
2011–2017
As CEO, he led Telefónica O2’s mobile operations in Slovakia for 3 years and later managed Poland’s largest cable operation as CEO for Liberty Global, also for 3 years. His performance is reflected in a substantial improvement in EBITDA and strong growth in customer base and market share.
2017–2025
Ramiro has also managed both mobile and fixed operations as CEO of Entel Peru and the mobile operations of WOM Colombia. Both cases are marked by growth in customer base, ARPU, churn reduction, NPS leadership, and financial turnaround—always backed by a high-performance professional culture.

Juan Miguel Custodio
Juan joined Macquarie in 2011 in London, as part of the Infrastructure & Energy Capital team. During these years he was dedicated to both greenfield and brownfield transactions with a special focus on social & economic and digital infra. This included originating bilaterally and structuring complex landmark transactions in different jurisdictions both in Europe and Americas.
He led Macquarie Capital’s first principal investment in Iberia, and in 2021 relocated from the UK to Chile to open Macquarie Capital’s first South American office and lead the LatAm team with a focus on principal investments deploying Macquarie Capital’s own balance sheet, as well as financial advisory. Since launching the office, he successfully closed principal investment transactions both in Chile and in Colombia, with a strong focus in key sectors such critical minerals and digital infra. Built a deep network both in Latin America and Europe allowing access to relevant c-suite stakeholders and enabling origination based on bilateral opportunities over competitive M&A processes.

- Originated and led the initial carve-out of MasMovil FTTH neutral network (ONIVIA).
- Advising on a 110MW greenfield DC in Spain.
- Participated in the MacCap principal investment and refinancing of the 206Km Briceño-Tunja-Sogamoso (BTS) toll road concession in Colombia.
- Led the MacCap principal investment on the USD250m Ruta Minera road BOOT with BHP as off-taker.
- Advised the winning consortium (Transelec, Almar) on the tender and financial close for the USD1.6bn Centinela Water Pipeline BOOT with Antofagasta Mineral as off-taker.

Carlos García Peredo
With over 23 years of experience in principal investing, financial structuring, and corporate & investment banking across EMEA and +100 transactions successfully closed, Carlos currently serves as Head of ING Bank’s Credit and Principal Investment activities in Spain & Portugal, managing a portfolio of more than €8 billion spanning real estate, energy, infrastructure, agriculture, asset based leveraged and corporate credit. He is also executive member of ING’s EMEA Credit Management team, leading strategic credit and investment decisions in the region.
Beyond his roles in Corporate & Investment Banking, Carlos brings extensive experience as an investor, board member, and advisor across real estate, private equity, and venture capital, with a strong focus on capital structuring, fundraising, and strategic governance. His recent projects include: Founding partner of Reaction, Stanford GSB alumni investors comunity & impact venture capital fund, Board observer to Main Energie, a Dutch energy commercialization company acquired by Audax Group. He is also been guest professor at ICADE 3 and Sponsor of IE Business Lab for the International MBA program.
