Madrid City Council gives the green light to the City of Sport
Following its agreement with Atlético de Madrid, Teras brings to Madrid what will probably be one of the biggest wave parks in the country. The Project will implement the technology of Wave Garden, a Spanish company, world leader in this type of facilities and will mean that the people of Madrid will be able to surf authentic replicas of some of the best and most famous waves in the world in the city.
The City Council has announced the start of the urban planning procedures to authorise the Project, with a preliminary agreement between Atlético de Madrid and the Project’s promoters, who have the assistance and support of Teras Capital at all times and the financing provided by a specialised fund. The Madrid Project is the first of the parks that the promoters are promoting in other European cities.
The people of Madrid will be able to surf authentic replicas of some of the best and most famous waves in the world.
