Gonzalo Huarte
Since joining Teras, Gonzalo Huarte has been actively involved in the acquisition and monitoring of multiple fiber optic operators and data centers for the company’s platforms, leading the financial analysis of assets and executing M&A processes from initial negotiations to transaction closings. Between 2019 and 2021, he was a member of the Steering Committee for the asset Mundo Pacífico. He is currently a member of the Steering Committee of Templus.
2015–2019
Gonzalo worked as an associate in the Corporate Finance department in KPMG focused on mergers and acquisitions. Amongst others, worked on the whole process of M&A transactions, valuations (DCF, trading comps, LBO), on both buy-side and sell-side transactions mostly for Private Equity firms. Completed transactions within energy, healthcare, industrial, leisure and consumer markets sectors.
2019–2023
Since Gonzalo joined Teras in 2019, he carries out two main roles:
