Gonzalo Huarte

2015–2019

Gonzalo worked as an associate in the Corporate Finance department in KPMG focused on mergers and acquisitions. Amongst others, worked on the whole process of M&A transactions, valuations (DCF, trading comps, LBO), on both buy-side and sell-side transactions mostly for Private Equity firms. Completed transactions within energy, healthcare, industrial, leisure and consumer markets sectors.

2019-2023

Since Gonzalo joined Teras in 2019, he carries out two main roles:

• • • Project manager in both buy-side and greenfield transaction processes
    • Lead financial analysis and structuring (equity & debt)
