Gemswell, the international surf park platform
Partner Stoneweg
Gemswell is the operator of urban surf parks owned by Stoneweg InfraSports, the joint venture between Stoneweg and Teras Capital. Its first asset is being built today in Madrid.
Stoneweg InfraSports
Stoneweg InfraSports is the joint venture between Stoneweg and Teras Capital. Its mandate is to invest, develop and manage sports infrastructure, with a specific focus on surf parks in international urban locations.
The combination is deliberate: institutional capital and investment discipline on the one hand; origination, structuring, and on-the-ground execution capacity on the other. Gemswell is the operating company within that platform, and the vehicle through which the strategy materializes.
Projects in progress
Madrid — Gemswell Surf Madrid. The platform’s first asset. 23,000 m² lagoon, the largest in Europe, at Atlético de Madrid’s Ciudad del Deporte. Investment of more than €60 million. Expected to open in 2027.
